The Franklin project is deployed in the West EU region, in Ireland (eu-west-1), on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Data is therefore stored within the European Union.
Distribution and purchases
The app is distributed by Apple on the App Store. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold and collected by Apple, acting as the seller: billing, renewals and refund requests are handled through your Apple account, not by MOBIPROD.
Intellectual property
The Franklin name, logo, interface, texts and editorial content are protected and remain the property of MOBIPROD. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Reporting content
Content or behaviour that breaches our terms of use can be reported directly from the app, on the profile concerned. You can also write to contact.franklin.app@gmail.com. We review every report and promptly remove manifestly unlawful content brought to our attention.
Personal data
How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy, available from within the app. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), write to contact.franklin.app@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
