How do I manage or cancel my Franklin Pro subscription?
The subscription is sold and managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Franklin. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
I have a new iPhone. How do I get my purchase back?
Open the Franklin Pro offer in the app and tap “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account, then Help & Support, then “Delete My Account”. Deletion is permanent and erases your profile, your ratings and your relations. It does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in your iPhone Settings as well.
How do I report or block someone?
From that person’s profile in the app: “Report” or “Block”. You can also write to us.
